The DPH Bureau of Climate and Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology Program needs your input to help protect people from exposure to environmental hazards.
To help us develop and improve environmental health training to support local health officials and the communities you serve, we are conducting an anonymous needs assessment survey. This survey asks about your professional interests and work-based experiences related to environmental health topics, including climate change, and about the characteristics of the communities you serve.
The survey is for local health officials, including people working in municipal boards of health and local environmental department staff. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (NOT Internet Explorer) to complete this survey by Thursday, June 20
